dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of the research is to explore attitudes and perceptions toward HRM policy / practices in Libyan oil industry and to assess the impact of demographic variables on attitudes and perceptions toward elements of HRM (as a new concept in the Libyan context). The study undertook analyses of HRM policies and practice patterns to enable a better understanding of what is the case in the Libyan oil companies.
