This study aims to identify the impact of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) principles on improving organizational performance at the National Company for Flour Mills and Fodder. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. To achieve the study's objectives, (200) questionnaires were distributed to employees, of which (184) were retrieved, representing a recovery rate of (92%). After reviewing the questionnaires, (32) were found to be invalid for analysis due to incompleteness or inaccuracy. Consequently, (152) questionnaires were valid for analysis, representing the actual study sample.
