dc.descriptionCiljevi obrazovanja i obuke u kompanijama neposredno su vezani za ciljeve I potrebe razvoja zaposlenih i kompanije u celini. Kako bi se bolje razumela uloga ljudskog kapitala u poslovnom sistemu, kao i njegova uloga u nastajanju i razvoju nove teorije organizacije, potrebno je detaljno analizirati njegove sastavne elemente. Svi elementi ljudskog kapitala utiču na postizanje zadovoljstva korisnika, poslodavca, menadžera, zaposlenih i društva u celini. Reč je o sistematskom razmišljanju i povezivanju svih elemenata i aktivnosti koje se u organizaciji preduzimaju radi optimalnog usaglašavanja želja i sposobnosti zaposlenih sa jedne, i ciljeva organizacije, sa druge strane.
dc.description.abstractModern time that characterize the current way of life affect all segments of a society, countries and individuals, and therefore also the business of companies. As a consequence of the globalization of international relations, there is increased market competition, expansive technical-technological development and ever-increasing human needs and demands. At present, humanity is able to witness major changes in the field of modern way of working and doing business. At the beginning of the 21st century, the modern way of doing business requires the best and most complete information of individuals about everything that happens in their narrow or wider business environment. In such a business environment, many old business habits are broken and overcome, which results in the introduction of new activities. One of the novelties that the modern business world has accepted is the way of communication with employees in their companies. People as the potential of an organization represent its greatest driving and creative force. Companies are investing more and more money in the education of their employees. Employee education is a very complex process and requires quality implementation of each individual phase. Learning increases the quality of human resources, increases human capital whose value significantly determines organizational performance. Key words: learning, training, human resources management, knowledge transfer, motivation, job satisfaction, management, development.
