| dc.description.abstract | Construction projects frequently experience scheduling, cost control, risk management, and planning issues, causing the projects to take longer to complete than originally planned; this is a global phenomenon that occurs on a regular basis. Despite the fact that the issues of natural assurance and enhancing item quality have received noteworthy consideration in numerous nations, Libya seems to have been fairly slower in modernizing ideas that consolidate ecological and quality management. Delays do occur in all the phases, but the major causes of delay take place in the construction phase. However, there has been no previous in-depth research on PM approaches in Libya, at least not to our knowledge. Consequently, the primary goal of this study was to determine the extent to which project management (PM) was being implemented by construction projects in Libya by identifying opportunities for continual improvement in project delay and project performance management. The study community consists of all engineers and supervisors in the projects of the Libyan Construction Companies. | |
