developed for the system. The exergy destruction distribution indicates that the steam generator and low pressure turbine irreversibilities yield the highest exergy destruction in the power plant. In this study the major exergy destructions occur in nuclear reactor, steam generator and turbines, the thermal and exergetic efficiencies of the power plant are 27.63 % and 36.39 % with MSF plant and 29.63 % and 38.54 % without MSF respectively. In addition, these exergy destruction ratios has been compared between primary cycle (coolant flow) and secondary loop (working fluid).
