Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease, leading to multiple organ damage, by production of autoantibodies. Although that the etiology and pathogenesis of SLE is not clear, it may be immune regulation disorder caused by a complex interplay of genetic and environmental factors, hormonal, antigen antibody and complement complex deposits leading to local or systemic tissue or organ damage (Chen et al., 2015).
