The study employed the inductive and descriptive-analytical methods to achieve its
objectives. It yielded significant results, showing that adopting total quality management
techniques and their applications in Libyan Islamic banks facilitates banking transactions,
increases customer satisfaction, and attracts new customers. The study also highlighted
that digital technologies enhance the efficiency of banks, reduce operational costs, and
contribute to achieving financial success.
The study recommended the scientific and practical implementation of quality
improvement plans, continuous training for employees, and the promotion of a culture of
innovation and continuous improvement. It also emphasized the need to allocate the
