| dc.description.abstract | This study develops a Sustainable Performance Scorecard (SPS) model specifically tailored for Mellitah Oil & Gas Company, integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics into traditional performance evaluation frameworks. By addressing the limitations of the conventional Balanced Scorecard (BSC), the SPS model incorporates sustainability dimensions directly into the company’s strategic performance management. Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the research identifies and prioritizes key performance indicators (KPIs) across seven dimensions: Financial, Customer, Internal Business, Innovation and Learning, Environmental, Social Responsibility, and Governance. | |
