Words and characters recognition methods have been improved since many years. These methods used for printed or handwritten scripts and used two different approaches of processing which are online and offline. It has been gaining more interest lately due to the increasing popularity of handheld computers, digital notebooks, and advanced cellular phones. These devices nowadays are commonly used worldwide that encouraged companies to improve their products to support multi languages. these devices can deal with many languages spoken by billions of people around the world
