ommonly heard sayings; Qiyas (analogical reasoning); Ijma' (consensus); as well as logical evidence, such as argumentation based on logical Entailment and Aristotelian logic. The study also dealt with the issue of grammatical boundaries in Ibn al-Hajib's Al-Kafiya. These objections were divided into four categories: objections to the definition for being either non-inclusive or non-exclusive, objections based on circular reasoning, objections on the inclusion of redundant elements, and objections concerning metaphorical meanings. This study constitutes a valuable addition to the Arabic literary corpus. It raises important topics in Arabic grammar, such as the issue of grammatical boundaries in the work of Ibn al-Hajib.
