dc.descriptionThe global upheaval caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has been all-encompassing, significantly impacting various facets of human life. A conspicuous illustration of this disruption is the widespread temporary closure of educational institutions. In response to this crisis, traditional face-to-face classes have transitioned abruptly to online formats, giving rise to a new era of remote learning where lectures, lessons, and all educational activities are conducted through digital platforms.
dc.description.abstractThe global recognition of the significance of incorporating E-learning into educational practices has increased in recent years. Libya, especially its institutions, has also started acknowledging the concept of E-learning as a vital instructional tool. Nevertheless, the recognition and application of E-learning in Libyan higher education establishments, including the University of Tripoli Alahlia, are relatively recent, mainly prompted by the COVID-19 epidemic. The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of incorporating E-learning into Libyan universities at the time of pandemic, with a specific focus on University of Tripoli Alahlia as a representative case study.
