Chapter Three: Titled "The philosophical vision of the State in Al Mawardi's political thought"; this chapter begins with a preface that explains the foundations of this vision; then it clarifies the most important institutions of the State represented in the political, administrative and judicial systems, which in turn signify a solid ruling system. At the end of the chapter, the researcher indicates the most important rules of righteousness and reform of the State. Chapter Four: Titled "The idealism and realism of the State in John Locke's political thought"; the chapter begins by showing the difference between the idealistic and realistic visions, what political philosophy means, and how this vision is reflected in the State, explaining this vision through the issues and theories that John Locke suggested to achieve the balance between idealism and realism. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract In fact, the State is one of the topics that political thought has been interested in throughout the history of philosophy, because it relates to the life of human, who cannot live alone without the community, and cannot standalone to meet his material needs. Let alone civil, political and judicial human rights. Therefore, the visions of thinkers and philosophers shaped to provide a comprehensive understanding of the philosophy of the State, including the visions of both of Al-Mawardi and John Locke. Through which they attempt to establish controls to regulate the course of events on reality in order to ensure the achievement of security, freedom, justice, equality and stability within and outside their respective countries for all peoples. Given the significance of the State, this thesis is divided into Four Chapters preceded by an Introduction and followed by the Conclusion along with the list of resources and references on which the thesis was based. | |
