Despite the industrial enterprises has recently witnessing the evolution and innovation, whether in terms of products or services, and others, but they require systems to preserve, protect and recognize the risks and challenges faced and overcome risks. The risks are an integral part of economic activity as a whole and the core of any business investment.
Through the research's work experience for Cement Bag Factory at Msalatah City as one of the employees at the Operation. He used to follow up the production and Maintenance activities & Maintenance Department. It became apparent many risks and problems associated with the industry, these risks resulting from multiple causes lead to increased costs and reduced productivity and low quality.
The study is aimed to identify about the concept of risk management in projects and steps of risk management, the objectives, benefits, and methods of analysis. It also aimed to identify the tools and techniques used in the analysis and management of risks. the techniques used in qualitative and quantitative analysis and planning, administrative and production planning and some of the concepts about total quality management were also identified.
In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher used questionnaire to collect the data and information needed for analysis. The research sample implies the heads of divisions and units, technicians, employees for the Cement Bag factory. The data collected was analyzed using SPSS statistical program.
The study concluded that there was an absence of Risk Management Philosophy in industrial Institutions, in Libya and the good and the scientific analysis for risks and associated problems of the industrial processes may increase the institution's productivity and may reduce the costs and increase the quality levels. It also concluded that the use of risk management will enhance the factories management in terms of employment, inventory, handling, and security and safety rules. This is dramatically leads to customer satisfaction.
